drugs and side effects. He believes many folks can get by on much lower
dosages. He maintains that prescribed doses are "one size fits

"POWER PHRASES"
-- Meryl
Runion facilitates workshops are fortune 500 companies and has written
this book to provide folks with "the perfect words to say it
right" and "get the results you want". For instance,
instead of telling someone their idea is stupid, you might say:
"help me understand what you mean". Being conscious of how you
phrase things can clear up conflict, increase your efficiency and help
you get what you want.

Berk, M.Ed., R.D., [yup. that's me!] registered, dietitian suggests
estrogen replacement therapy with plants! Pre-lignin fibers in plant
foods become lignans -- which exerts a weak hormonal effect. [note:
regarding spelling, I have seen it spelled "lignin" -- and
also "lignan"]. Lignans are also found in flax seeds.
Pre-lignin fibers are found in beans, lentils, peanuts, 100% whole
