"fall off the wagon" free of guilt.
Simply compare how you feel when you ignore this list to how you look and feel when you implement more of it.
Embrace

habit, today.
STAY
HYDRATED ~ Drink an average of 1/2 cup
of water per hour,
during your waking hours.
EAT
CLEAN, LEAN PROTEIN~ every
3 to 5 hours ...for mental
productivity and to manage blood sugars.
BREATHE
~ When stressed out, breathe deeply.
Relax mid-day.
SCHEDULE
JOY ~
Generate joy in
your own life. Schedule it in. Stay connected to joy...it is
inside you.
JOYFULLY
AVOID GMOs
~ Genetically Modified Organisms create all kinds of collateral
damage, including impairment of insulin, according to The
American Academy of Environmental Medicine ~ *this is a new habit,
to celebrate 2012!!! Eventually, I plan to move this to #1 on the
list... and when I release the 4th Edition of METABOLIC MAKEOVER,
I will be sure to do that!!
