~ Follow
your own heart path... whatever brings you joy... do that... be that. Make time for
YOU ...EVERY DAY!
Schedule time for
activities that bring you joy...Dancing, hiking, reading... whatever it is that you
love ...do it!
~ Time is short.
Be
with people who leave you feeling good about yourself ...after the
conversation is over!
It will all be over before
you know it, so enjoy the ride. Embrace the process.
~ For
a slice of joy...
Remember: Sunshine stimulates serotonin ~
What joy it is to feel the warmth of the sun embracing your entire
being. Your mood will be
joyous and you will feel in good spirits. If you get too much
serotonin, and you will begin feeling tired...so beware! 15-30 minutes
should do the trick.
If you can not get outdoors, sit next to a
window. Melt into a sunbeam and soak in the
serotonin.
Feel the joy inside YOU and know how lucky you are. Hey: you could be
stuck in a flood or hit by a tsunami...
Get physically active ~
it will usually leave you feeling MUCH better afterwards!!!
Connect with nature ~
hug a tree... go for a walk... breathe deeply...
Re-Generate Joy...from
within! You can
replenish joy by reaching deep inside your Self... it rests within your
Soul
~ Think
optimistically and expect a positive outcome.
Understand life moves along at its own
rate ...not yours ...and sometimes... plans just don't work out. Relax... it wasn't meant to
be ...for now.
What you
do have control over, is what brings you joy. So, do that. Be that.
Live with joy in your heart. Be happy to be
alive.
Be ready to unlock the door and let happiness in!
HAPPINESS IS A CHOICE ~ SHIFT INTO IT ~
Get in
touch with the love in your heart. It will strengthen your immune system.
...and
remember
Putting
off what you love is a bad habit ...so FOLLOW YOUR
HEART ~ BE TRUE TO YOUR HEART
